A dynamic and focused Executive Head Chef, passionate about fresh food and customer service, yet strong enough to manage a large team of staff, is desired to take the helm of their 2 AA Rosette Restaurant kitchen.
You will have gained your experience from at least two years Executive Chef experience within a Hotel environment and have an excellent creative and inspirational management style.
You will be an achiever, setting and maintaining high standards, yet with the ability to establish positive relations with both customers and colleagues alike. You will have total responsibility for your area including Financials and be targeted to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
