Working for a local housing association, you bill be encouraged to provide a high quality service to the tenants encouraging independent living at all times.
This role will entail:
- Daily checks to the tenants.
- Updating and maintaining company records including tenant support plans.
- Encouraging resident involvement.
- Managing the maintenance of the property and arranging repairs.
This role requires an enhanced CRB clearance.
