My client is a well established Cambridgeshire based company that distribute new and reconditioned commercial catering equipment across the country. They have a good reputation and a good list of clients that support them which means that their staff are very happy.
They are currently looking for a workshop engineer to be based in their office close to Peterborough, the role will be doing service, maintenance and repair on commercial catering equipment that comes in from their clients and also reconditioning machines to then be sold
As a commercial catering service engineer you will be providing service, maintenance and repair on commercial catering equipment at the company's workshop based outside of Peterborough. You will be working on ovens, dishwashers, burners, grills, fryers and all manner of commercial catering equipment.
18-22k basic depending on experience + benefits + 20 days holiday
To be successful in this role you need to have good service, maintenance and repairs experience working with commercial catering equipment. Having your COMCAT certificates would be an advantage but is not essential if you have good commercial catering service and maintenance experience and also electrical experience. You would need to be living within travelling distance to the Peterborough area.
