A Quality Engineer is required for a leading engineering company based in Essex.
The main purpose of the job is to ensure compliance to customer and third party requirements and standards of all quality related activities. Other roles will include using quality techniques such as FMEA and SPC and lead investigations into any deficiencies.
In order to be considered for this position candidates need extensive experience as a Quality Engineer within mechanical engineering (ideally a CNC or manual machine-shop). An HNC level qualification would be an advantage as would experience in the aerospace/defence industry.
This role comes with an excellent benefits package and is commutable from Basildon, Brentwood as well as other areas in and around Essex and London.
