A 50-cover restaurant with a bar dining area, the property has really taken the area by storm. The food is top quality with a real variety of flavours, using a great range of locally sourced ingredients.
Working as a Senior Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef and in all sections of the kitchen with the ability to run the kitchen on your own when required. You will be evolved in all the aspects from writing menus to H&S issues
You should be Chef de Partie from a quality restaurant looking to further develop yourself and learn from a really great Head Chef. A passion for food and a desire to work with a professional team as essential. We are looking for a well-organised, focused Chef de Partie looking to progress.
