My Client are an exciting Food Service Company serving freshly prepared food with great quality Seasonal produce. They cater for all tastes with a menu existing of over 90 dishes. The restaurants are an exciting concept & my clients are the leaders in their Niche Market.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Restaurant Manager & will be responsible for assisting in the entire operation of their unit. You will have great support from your team, and in return you will guide them in operating their departments. The main responsibilities are to ensure you offer Top Quality food, great Customer Service whilst ensuring Profitability & Cleanliness throughout the Restaurant.
Successful Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced & multi-tasked environment plus:
Proven Customer Service Skills.
Proven experience of working in a previous restaurant general management role within the catering & hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
