On a daily basis you will be required to lead and manage the activities of the rent management team, providing a high quality rent and debt advice service.
As Senior Rent Rent Management Officer you will be required to:
- To ensure a high level of performance in the recovery of rental income to the organisation.
- To lead, manage and motivate the rent management team.
- To provide a customer focused service working with residents, local authorities and courts to maximise income and sustain tenancies.
