Two quiet professional females seek two rooms :)

Hello!
My name's Emily, and my friend is called Amy. We're looking either for a two bedroom house or flat, or a shared house/flat with two rooms going spare :)
Our maximum budget is around 400 pcm each, and we would prefer rooms that are of a reasonable size (don't have to be huge or double, but not a box with just room for a bed in! ;) ) and for the place to at least have a shower and washing machine. Things we would like but are not essential are a living room and a garden. Places for bikes and parking are quite important. :)
So, about us! I've just finished my degree in Illustration, and work part time for Cambridge Kung Fu helping to teach children. :)
Amy is doing a part time Masters degree in children's book illustration, and also works part time.
We're quiet, neat and tidy, and prefer good conversation to going out to clubs! :) Our interests include art, martial arts, conversation, reading, tv/films, swimming and running.
We'd like to live with someone similar who can respect the need for your own space, who is friendly and considerate. :)
