Professional needs double room

Hi,
I'm looking for a double room, around Milton Road / Elizabeth Way / New Market Road area. I will be working in the science park for at least 12 months so I guarantee rent will never be late. I'm looking for a friendly house located near to the river if possible, and a secure place for a bicycle.
I intend to view properties over the 3rd and 4th of June with looking to move in around the 19th/20th (no later than 27th).
