double room in nice shared house next to Asda (15 min walk to city cente, 5mni to Grafton centre.The room has double bed,large wardrobe,large desk-chair(if needed),large garden, fully equipped kitchen and bike space (parking space on the street with easy access).The room is available now with the rent which includes all bills and taxes is 450 per month for one person and 600 for couple a month.
