We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our lovely house at 27 Tillyard Way, Cambridge CB1 8QT (off Gunhild Way, off Wulfson Way, off Cherry Hinton Road). The room is a good size with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. There is a large lounge and enormous kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and a gas fire in the lounge. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs and a shed for storing your bike.
The rent includes council tax and water rates. Gas and electricity bills are shared and come to around 30 per month. The contract is very flexible with just one months notice if you need to move elsewhere.
