Lovely Large Double room to rent in Newmarket (350 pcm)

I have a large furnished double room to rent in my house. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and bedside table. There is a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shed, large garden (which is lovely in the summer!) and parking. The house is fully equipped with hoover, iron, microwave, cutlery, wireless internet etc etc.
I am looking for someone who is a non smoker, laid back, fairly quiet as I sometimes work long hours and sometimes from home (if you are looking for a party house, this isn't it!) It would be nice as well to find someone who I can sometimes go out with for a drink. There is a gym, local shop, fish and chip shop, chinese take away all within walking distance.
The house is about 20 minute walk from Newmarket town centre and about 15 minutes drive to Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. You get a lot more space for your money outside of Cambridge (and you get a nice large garden and a parking space!) but still within easy commutable distance into the city.
I do have a cat, so you do need to like, or at least tolerate cats
The rent is 350 a month. This includes all bills apart from any calls made on the telephone. I would need 300 deposit and references.
