We're a nice and responsible couple who like to keep the flat tidy. We're currently looking for a similar couple or single person to share a 2 bedroom flat with us in Hampden Gardens complex. The flat is 2 years old and comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and car parking/bicycle shed available. Although the pictures shows the flat is unfurnished, it is furnished to a high standard and located in a very good area with easy access to ARU, ASDA, Grafton Centre and Mill Road.
The room is available from 1st of July and the rent is 525 pcm including all possible bills. 525 price is for a couple, it will be slightly lower for a single person.
