removal van needed for house move

Hello,
I am moving from a one bedroom flat in St Andrews to a shared house in Totterdown so will need a van and some helping hands to take over a bed, 2 sofas, a large desk, a washing machine, a wardrobe and all the normal boxes of clothes, kitchen and bathroom stuff. I was hoping to find someone to help me with this for about 50, as if the van is big enough it could be done in 1 or 2 trips and the house is only 3.5 miles away.
