up to 45k OTE 70k+ 1st Year + Benefits
A market leading consultancy has an immediate need for an experienced search consultant to develop the senior appointment arm of their business. With unrivalled opportunity with large public sector contracts, my client is looking for someone with experience placing 60k + roles either on a retained basis, exclusive contingency or via client paid advertising. Knowledge and experience of recruiting into the Public Sector is also a distinct advantage. Typically you will be well versed in securing assignments and working a "full life cycle" to fulfil the requirement.
You are likely to be looking for a well established organisation with room to develop into the public sector market place under a strong brand. The role expects someone with impeccable presentation skills, someone comfortable pitching and delivering results at board level yet still possessing the drive and determination to deliver consistent results and achieve targets.
