Highly successful business in South Bristol, seeks a CIPD qualified HR Manager:Working as a business partner from strategic and operational perspectives, this role would involve working closely with Senior Management to provide sound HR consultancy and governance across the whole business.
Key responsibilities include:
Implement change programmes and HR policies and processes;
Dealing with employee relations issues;
All recruitment (inc. Executive level positions);
Compensation and benefits;
Direct line management of an HR assistant;
Managing the appraisal process for all staff;
Developing a leading personnel development and training programme.
You will be a dedicated HR professional, with CIPD qualification. You will have a proven track-record of achievement, and ideally have been involved in fast-growing, complex business environments.
