Open plan office working with a great team. No day is ever the same and includes direct people contact, telephone work and administration. The successful candidate will have some previous administration experience and the role will include amongst other duties: typing letters, filing and photocopying, offering support and assistance to the sales team and managers, updating the website, diary management and producing legal agreements. You will be responsible for handling all incoming mail and directing these to the appropriate members of staff. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9-6 and there is a bonus structure is in place.
