I'm a young guy who has been around the pub and night life scene for most of my life,have always wanted to own/run a club. have a great property in mind which is perfect to be made into a club with little work as already sound proofed,has 5 floors which are open plan so easier to set out. and in the town of bath in city centre with no other clubs of that magnitude would come near.
I have all the right idea's plans etc just not the funds which is frustrating as no other competition and can hold many hundreds maybe 500-700 people per nite going through the doors would make a very nice profit.
So need someone for financial backing in someway.
