The Star & Dove is now reopen, under new ownership and looking for a new manager. The aim is to be top of Bristols culinary tree and we are looking for an ambitious, pro active individual to take charge and lead us into the hearts and minds of Bristols many foodies.
The successful candidate alongside passion, commitment and dedication will have;
A comprehensive knowledge of all things food and drink.
A desire to push the boundaries of modern English food, liaising with the head chef to incorporate and introduce local, seasonal menus.
A solid and sound recruitment policy looking to employ the very best and knowledgeable staff the area has to offer.
Financial business acumen with the ability to produce good GPs, handle all variable cost and manage company profit and losses to an agreed standard.
Ideas, initiative and self motivation to brain storm, organise and execute successful marketing campaigns.
An unparalleled understanding and willingness to implement a service standard to the highest standard.
This is a position available to only the most serious of candidates. A full on commitment to providing only the most thorough and outstanding service is acceptable.
