General Manager required for very busy young, trendy wine bar in Yeovil.
Immediate start is available.
Role: The role involves the day-to-day running and development of this winebar with private, high volume leisure market. You will individual flare, passionate and drive to develop the business.
Wet trade is currently 3k a week owners are looking to develop business upto 8-10k a week - bonus is available.
Person: Ideally looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in running a simliar business, aimed at a younger market and is extremely busy.
Wine Bar is open Wed - Sat.
