I Need A New Flatmate

Hello,
My name is Charlotte and I am looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat in Hotwells. The flat itself is very spacious and is on the first floor, it has a very big living room and a spacious kitchen. Its a 10min walk from the city centre and the habourside is a 2min walk down the road so its a fantastic location. The rent will be 290 plus bills so its great value for money too. I would prefer to live with a female professional but will consider a professional tidy male if the applicant was successful. The applicant would have to be a non - smoker. The lease runs out at the end of June but i would like to renew it as its a great place to live, so the new flatmate would have to move in at the begining of July.
Heres a little bit about myself, I am a 24yr old professional working at Bristol Zoo and I have been living in Bristol for 9 years. I am down to earth and love going out with friends to pubs, clubs and gigs. I am a proper film geek with a wide dvd collection to match and love going to the cinema and theatre.
