The room is furnished including bed, couch, lots of built in storage and original period fire surround. Large living room with huge sash windows, dining table, widescreen TV and digibox, decent kitchen with washing machine and dish washer (it rocks). Amenities of Chandos Road are 2 mins walk away with Whiteladies 10mins walk and Gloucester Road about 5. Theres also a very friendly pub (The Kensington Arms) staggering distance away, Cotham Gardens just round the corner and parking is fairly hassle free.
Were a guy and girl who like a night out but appreciate a bit of peace in the week to get up for work, the flat is kept tidy without being OCD and were just looking for someone who will enjoy the place as much as us. 465 all in (all bills plus broadband). Full amount is required for deposit.
