Our gorgeous (furnished) flat is situated between Redland and Cotham, it is on ground level and has a large garden, it has three double bedrooms - one of which will be up for rent in June after our other flatmate graduates and leaves Bristol.
The room is a small - medium sized double, light and airy, has plenty of storage space with a built in wardrobe and is already furnished with a double bed. The flat is on three different levels which makes it feel more like a house, it has high ceilings and some lovely original features, we have wireless internet and TV which is already installed and is to be paid for monthly split three ways. A deposit of one months rent is required on the day that you sign the contract with our landlord. References are also required.
We are two girls who both work in a theatre in Bristol, I work full time (Jess 22) and Sarah 25 works part time, we are both creative, easy going, up for a laugh individuals who stay in/go to the theatre/out for food/go to the gym most week nights and go out most weekends. We would love to meet a like minded person to come and share our flat with us.
