Very large double room available in a good sized and comfortably furnished house in BS4 just off Sandy Park Road a great area to live with easy access to the city centre, the main train station, the ring road and Bath.
Currently sharing with Jenny, Jon and Debbie - and are student days are way behind us now that we are "mature" but certainly not boring professionals who appreciate living in a relaxed, clean and comfortable home of which we share. Jenny is moving into her own place after sharing for a year, so her double room is available now.
The house has 4 double bedrooms a good sized kitchen, large shared lounge, upstairs bathroom and a downstairs laundry room - outside it has a private and sunny garden (well lets hope so this summer)
