Post grad student wanting a room somewhere

Hello
I'm taking a Masters in Journalism around September 09 and am looking to move in between August and September.
I wish the property to be a student one (ie no payment of council tax) and be with some people relatively chilled out people who respect that I have to sleep without shite bass ridden dancemusic making my room shake at 1am. Id love some cool people but unfortunately as I now have to borrow vast sums of money to take this course, my party and drinking days are severely curtailed. As a result fellow postgrads and 3rd years would be great.
The house needs to be around Frenchay/Gloc Road/ Town. So areas I would consider are ...

...that sorta area. No where to rough though.
