small garage or storage for rent in St Andrews Montpelier (50 pcm)

I have a garage that I'm looking to rent out on St Andrews Road ,Montpelier on a month by month basis. It does have a couple of drips in heavy rain but I have used it for storage and never had any problems. I'm just in the process of improving the lock also. I currently pay 50/month for it. Do let me know if you would like any further info.
