Five berth, made up of two lounge areas - front & rear, with a detachable foldaway bunk bed making the fifth berth to the rear sleeping area. A substantial sliding wooden door separates the rear sleeping area.
There have been no pets or smokers using this caravan.
The caravan has the following standard features (all in excellent clean working order);
Stainless steel type cooker with 4x burners, grill & oven - very clean condition. Blow air heating, 3way fridge, shower, electric flush cassette toilet, outside electric socket, spare wheel, status TV aerial, large opening sunroof, rear roof vent & extractor fan above Kitchen area.

This caravan has been very well looked after & is in excellent clean condition.
The caravan hasn't been been towed for the last six years & is currently stored between Exeter & Exmouth.
