Beautiful Suzuki SV650 for sale, registered in 2002, less than 18,200 miles on the clock, lady owner. MOT until Feb 2010, tax until end July 2009. I bought this motorcycle in Feb 2008 having passed my test on a restricted licence, and it would suit someone who has recently passed the same test, as the bike is restricted to 33bhp. It could also be very easily de-restricted.. It had a brand new back tire on it when I bought it, and I have only done 4000 very girly miles since then - I am ashamed to say that I have not even managed to rub the tags off yet (see pictures). A previous owner has really loved this bike, putting braided hoses, custom straight handle bars, small indicators and a wolfy road-legal can on the back. It has the baffler in it, but it is loud! It also has a belly-pan, carbon-effect rear hugger and windshield and an SV650-branded chrome radiator cover. The bike is in near-perfect condition, except for one ding on the right of the tank (pictured). This is where I went over within 2 days of buying the bike (so embarrasing), whilst trying to go up over the curb into my friends yard. We weren't moving at the time. The handle bar went underneath and that's what caused the ding. The large crash protectors did their job well and the rest of the bike went unharmed.
The bike was garaged over the worst of the winter weather, and I am selling it because I feel that the bike is a bit wasted on me and could go to a better home.
I have all the documents - V5, service record, MOTs and the certificate for the restrictor kit. The bike also has a Datatool Alarm system and Alphadot tracking. I had it serviced in July 2008, after I'd had it six months, just because it was a new machine to me. It was also serviced when I bought it, so it is a well-serviced machine! It won't need doing again until at least 20,000miles apparently. I also bought it a Baglux tank cover in grey (didn't like the blue) and I'll let this go with the bike for reasonable offers.
Bike located in BS5, Bristol. Viewings are welcome and recommended - bike is well worth it! Shout me any questions too and I'll do my best to answer.
