At Hays we supply temporary and permanent staff to a vast array of private and public sector organisations. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be managing your own specialist business with emphasis on meeting sales targets and develop business relationships.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to reach and exceed targets. You will need strong candidate and client management skills and to be able to create and implement business plans and strategy. Your core activities will be:
Business development calls to existing and prospective clients
Candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection
Clients visits and meetings
Tendering for business
Salary / contract negotiation
Offering informed career advice
Overseeing compliance procedures and checking candidates eligibility to work
A full UK driving licence is required.
You can expect a competitive salary package plus uncapped commission and benefits, with expected earnings of up to 30,000 OTE in the first year.
