NIGHT PORTER (11pm-7am)
This is a varied role so we are looking for mature, reliable and trustworthy candidates to carry out the following duties:-
Check In late arrivals
Check out guests prior to receptionists arrival
Maintain security and maintenance of the building
Safety of guests
Deal with Customers requests and complaints
Taking telephone enquiries & reservations
Food and Drink Service
Any additional tasks e.g. clearing function rooms
Candidates will need to possess the ability to work on their own initiative, excellent communication skills and to manage effectively. You must have a professional telephone manner, be computer literate (Front Office and F&B background in 4* hotel would be an advantage). In return we offer competitive rates of pay and full training.
