To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and clients of the hotel, when being dealt with.

To ensure that all guest comments, including complaints, are reported and recorded with the Front Desk Team Leader.

To constantly check and maintain the forecourt, entrance, lobby, lifts and front desk areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness. Reporting and following up any maintenance issues immediately to the guest services team leader.

Ensure that all entrance glass is clean and smudge free and that the forecourt paved areas are swept overnight and during the day as often as required to maintain an immaculate first impression.

Ensures all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome upon arrival.

To control the delivery and proper placement of newspapers and magazines in public spaces

Ensure the library is well presented with paper in printers overnight.

Continually collect and distribute correspondence, fax and mail between the hotel departments, guest rooms & offices

You must have a valid UK driving Licence
