The Waterside Boutique Hotel in EASTBOURNE is looking to recruit a new deputy general manager to the team. We are searching for an individual that is passioanate about hospitality, very well organised, and self motivated. Applicants should have experience in people management, working in a busy hotel / restaurant environment, and running an operation. Hotel experience is essential and restaurant management will be very beneficial . The main role of the deputy will be to run our seafood restaurant, manage the staff, handle party bookings and control the hotel operations in absence of the general manager.
