This job is all about being around to support our service users in all aspects of their lives, from day trips into town, attending college, perhaps even going to the cinema, right through to everyday chores and personal care. Whatever the activity or task ahead, youll be sharing lots of your time with our service users - utilising your own life skills to support them in their own independence. You dont need qualifications, although you will be expected to work towards your NVQ Level II in Care if you havent already got it. All we ask is that you can quickly build relationships and really make a positive impact on their lives.
