To Whom it may concern,
Having recently qualified from the United Kingdom Sailing Academy as a marine cook, I would like to have the opportunity to put my new acquired skills to good use in the marine work environment.
I also hold the required STWC95 certificate.
My background has been in computers and then one to one private elderly care, working in the privacy of my clients home and serving their requirements.
I am used to working efficiently and getting work done to a high standard.
I have a friendly and adaptable character and have a keen desire to learn and progress as a cook and potentially a chef.
I possess a range of useful people skills and knowledge developed through work experience working in arduous and pressurized environments.
Versatile in dealing with clients of different backgrounds, varied personalities and individual needs. Service provided included cooking various nutritious meals, personal care needs, household shopping, and general care. Worked to a standard complying with food and personal care hygiene standards.
