Mitchells and Butlers is the leading operator of managed pubs and restaurants in the UK and we are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Manager for the Golden Gallion in Seaford which is between Brighton and Eastbourne. Vintage Inns are looking for exceptional Kitchen Managers looking to develop themselves within the company.
Successful applicants will be trained on all aspects of a Mitchells and Butlers kitchen and will be working alongside some of Mitchells and Butlers accredited Chefs to ensure you are fully trained for the Kitchen Manager role.
Offering a salary of 22,000 - 24,000 plus a very achievable bonus. NVQ 1, 2 & 3 training is also offered to all Chefs working for Mitchells and Butlers as well as a range of training and development courses.
Vintage Inns requires dedicated passionate Chefs looking to progress and develop their career within this brand. The Golden Gallion is one of the busier Vintage Inn sites so the candidate will need to have experience in running a high volume kitchen.
