The Restaurant at drakes is offering a fantastic opportunity to work with some of Brightons top chefs in its 2 rosette restaurant. You will get hands on experience in creating modern European dishes, using only the finest seasonal ingredients.
This position is perfect for someone hard working, enthusiastic about food that is interested in learning how to cook to the highest standards. As Commis Chef, you will be working under a chef de partie to ensure the smooth running of your section. You will also be given the opportunity experience all sections.

Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
