chef required for the Master Mariner pub, Brighton Marina's favorite pub. everything that is cooked here is cooked from fresh. we do not buy in frozen produce to be reheated.
There is one full time position as well as one part time position available.
You need to be able to work well in a team, be a good communicator, show lots of initiative, good ability to lead and a keen interest in cost control. enthusiasm in good food and being excited in creating fresh menus is also essential.
A good command of English is also expected.
