General Manager required for a wonderful newly refurbished gastro pub in the most beautiful situation at the foot of the South Downs in Plumpton, 3 miles from Lewes and 6 miles from Brighton.
General manager required to join this expanding quality gastro pub operation. With expansion plans in place and an already thriving business, we require an experienced General manager to run the day to day operation leading the Bar, kitchen operations, costings and GP controls, recruitment and training.
