Part Time Credit Control Sales Ledger

Sales Ledger (Part Time) 15 hours 3 Days

Primary Roles:
Credit Control
Debtor Management
Ensuring payments are on time
o Phone Calls primarily, also use of email and, only if appropriate, letter.
Liaise with Operations Managers and/or Account Manager when necessary on clients with issues/problems
Work with Department Manager to set up Direct Debit Mandates for clients and work on moving clients toward direct debit or credit card accounts wherever possible.

Sales Ledger
Allocating receipts to & Daily Cash Flow
Checking Bank Account Daily for Receipts & reconciling to CashFlow
Reconciliation to & Cash Flow
Dealing with any Credit Card Charging queries from Credit Card Companies
Management of Hold/Proforma Accounts.
Overseeing of the sending out/emailing of invoices to clients.

Customer Service
First point of contact for clients with invoice queries
Liaise with Ops, Account Management Team & Management Team where necessary.

Other General Office Duties As Required
Back up to other Accounts Team Members
Providing support to Head of Finance as required.

Pay Rate 9.00- 9.20 per hour

Holidays 20 days plus stats

15 hours per week
