I have one twin room - two very comfy single beds - (130 pw) and one double room (120 pw) available until 31/08/09, in a four bedroom house. The rooms are available to rent short term or until September.
I am a mature student (f/31) doing an MA and my other housemate is a professional (f/29). We are looking for people who can move in asap in our shared house which has all the mod-cons - microwave, DVD, Sky, telephone, broadband, washing machine and dryer.
The house is located in Fiveways and is 1 minute away from a bus stop (26, 46, 50), we are a 10 min bus journey to the Palace Pier and 15 min to Churchill Square (town centre), we also have a few shops around the corner (Co-op, butchers, bookshop, greengrocers, Pub, DVD rental etc) and are a 10 min walk away from the Lewis Road Sainsburys, the London Road train station is also only a 5 min walk away. Plenty of on-street parking, no permit req.
All bills included - council tax, water, gas, electricity, phone-line, Wireless broadband, T.V license and Sky TV with movies package.
Single or double occupancy
No pets allowed.
Short term (Less than a month) One weeks deposit in advance and payment for entire stay to be paid on day of entry.
Long term - One month rent and deposit (350) req in advance.
