Hello all,
We are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate to join us in our 3 bedroom house for summer period. The room has great view, fully furnished and double bed for single person. The house is located on Queens Park Road in Hanover. It is fully equipped and it is located on a quiet, nice area, close to City centre and Queens Park.
The rent has to be paid for 3 months (900 pounds) and 100 deposit.
(including internet) but excluding electricity and gas which are pre-pay reader.
Also the other option is to pay 500 before you move and the other 500 the fallowing month.
Room will be available from 30th May 2009 till end of August 2009.
