Mid-twenties professional looking for a house-share in Brighton with a clean, tidy, quiet but not anti-social flat/household!

I'd preferably like to live in the town centre but willing to consider anything near a bus route to work in the town centre.

I'm looking to spend 300-500 pcm including bills.
