Short term double room let in friendly house: Lewes Road area

Ahoy there! We're looking for a new housemate to take over a room for the remaining few months of our contract, starting from the 18th-20th June.
The room is upstairs, overlooking the garden, has a double bed, and other useful furnishings, like a cupboard and desk.
The house is in a quiet area, off Hartington road in the Lewes Road area, but very convenient for bus routes and Sainsburys (10mins into town). Rent is 350 per month + bills.
The house has washing machine, dishwasher, living/dining room, sunny garden and bathroom. We've got internet, electricity, central heating, all the things you would expect from a modern house.
You would be moving in with 3 others, two girls and a boy. We all work full time, but none of us have regular Mon-Fri, 9-5 jobs, so some consideration has to be used with regard to late-night noise, however thats not to say that we arent sociable!
We're looking for someone whos relaxed and fun, reasonably tidy, has a full time job (or a student who is willing to pay council tax, for those 2 months only) and isnt afraid of the odd BBQ.
Room is available until the around the end of August.
