Great location on Brunswick Place, just off Western Road with all local shops, pubs etc just around the corner. 20 minutes to Hove, or Brighton station.
Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, original features such as fire place, sash windows etc.
Flat is on the top floor of a building and has a balcony area, overlooking Western Road.
Very large lounge, separate large kitchen. Bathroom with shower and bath and there are two separate toilets in different rooms.
Large communal hallway with very large storage cupboards.
Flat is furnished but there is space for extra furniture if you have any and there is room for someone to add their personal touch to it. The room is not furnished.
Male or female wanted to share with one male (32) and one female (28) who are friendly and sociable people. Similar age required. Professional only.
Rent is 320 per calender month plus you will have to pay a third of any bills that are due such as council tax, water, electric, gas, internet, landline and anything I might have forgotten to add.
As the front room is separate there may be leeway with the moving in date of the 10th as items can be stored in there or someone could move in for a few days if required until the double bedroom becomes vacant.
