One bedroom flat studio wanted in June

I am a 24 year old professional, looking for somewhere to rent alone at the end of June. I move out of my current house around the 23rd so will be needing somewhere asap from then.
I drive so free parking is essential. Therefore anywhere around the Lewes Road/Hanover area would be best as it's also close to work. However I will consider anywhere else that has parking available.
I have no pets or housing benefits, but I am a smoker. I am a clean and considerate tenant and always pay my bills on time.
I have had quite a few people trying to scam me from these ads so if you plan to do so please don't bother you won't get far with me and I will report you.
