Hey, I'm a first yr student @ Brighton Uni who lives in a 6bedroom house, shared by 4 boys and 2 girls - including me :) Everyone is very clean and tidy, friendly and fun to be around. The house is located in bevendean crescent, near mouslecombe campus. It has a nice big garden for summer bbqs, 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, and a really nice kitchen with a big living room. Ideally I would like someone to move in June 15th as i am away on holiday for the summer so i would need someone to fill the tenancy until september which is when the lease ends. And if you would like, you could continue staying on for the following year. Rent is 303.33 a month excluding bills but as there are 6 people living here bills work out really cheap. The bus 49 stops outside the house and there are convinient stores within 5mins of the house.
