this double room is available for the month of july only, however the date you take the room is negotiable , it can be at the end of june if necessary. room is fully furnished, really roomy - can be taken by two people. it is at the top of is a 4 bedroom house which has 3 floors, with 2 other very friendly housemates who will be spending the month working. the house is kept clean and tidy but not obsessively so! the house is situated on lewes road which is a friendly and safe area with lots of shops such as co op, sainsburys and natwest bank to suit your everyday needs as well as lots of independent stores and quirky shops. there are numerous restaurants and a variety of takeaways, however if you wish to venture out to central brighton there are bus services that are basically on the doorstep, but this is not necessary as the town centre is a few short minutes walk away. water bill is free but electricity bill must be paid. this will not be much as the house is not heated during the summer, rent must be paid at the beginning of the month.
