Good sized double room available. Located 2 minutes walking to Lewes Road and buses stop 25, 25N, 29, 28 and 10 minutes walking to Falmer Train Station, so transport is very easy and regular.
Its a clean house with garden, parking, toilet and big separate shower room. Very nice sized kitchen completely furnished and a decent dining room with TV and internet. There are local shops very close.
The room is a double room very bright, completely furnished, double size comfortable bed, a study table with desk lamp, a good size wardrobe, drawers and a mirror.
The rent is 300 per month, 75 pounds per week. It will be available around the15 of June to the end of August. (However I am flexible in the date to enter)
