hello, im moving out of my room soon. my contract expires 1st september 2009.
my room is available from 1st of july, for 2 months, then the contract runs out. its fine to stay on in the house after sep 1st, you would just need to sign a new contract with the landlord (private landlord). if you need to move in before 1st of july, i am sure we can arrange something.
the room is 10 mins walk from sussex uni, 30 seconds from 25 bustop and local shops, house is in NORTH moulscombe. completely opposite the lovely wildpark. my room is the downstairs room. has double bed, cupboard and a desk.
house has wireless internet running. there are 3 other rooms that have now been taken by students who are here until 1st september, i am the last one to move out and neeed to fill my room.
landlord would require the whole 2 months rent straight away, as its the end of the contract , so no deposit would be required becuase of this.
room is 280 a month deposit is 100 which you get back 1st september just as long as you havent burnt the house down...
