Office to let in Shaftesbury Road, near Preston Circus. There are two other, smaller self-contained offices in the building that are already let. The people in the building are really nice, so it's a friendly place to work.
The office itself has exposed original wooden flooring and cleanly decorated walls. It's got a big window which makes the office fairly bright. There's a shared kitchen, and a toilet on the ground floor. The office has 2 large desks, but could easily take a third, and possibly a fourth smaller desk.
Business rates are an additional 90pcm, and electricity and water bills are apportioned between the three offices.
